Most of our land, steeped in a legacy dating back almost a century, tells the story of the Koutsis family's commitment to cultivating the finest olive groves in Latzoio, Pyrgos, Ilia, Greece. Until now, our offerings were cherished locally, a testament to the authenticity and quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our Strategic Expansion in 2024

In a transformative move in January 2024, Eros Elias embraced a new chapter by expanding its business horizons beyond local markets. Motivated by a desire to share the exceptional flavors of our olive oil with a broader audience, we took significant steps towards formalizing our company structure, which opened avenues to serve a wider audience.

With a newfound dedication to reaching every corner of Greece, Eros Elias is now poised to bring the rich heritage of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to households, kitchens, and tables throughout the country. This expansion allows us to extend the warmth of Latzoio's groves to a diverse audience, inviting everyone to experience the authentic taste of our premium olive oil

Family-Run and Community-Focused

Eros Elias is currently almost entirely run by our family. While we seasonally employ additional hands to assist in harvesting our groves, we do not currently run an olive mill ourselves, however we collaborate with an olive mill to ensure precision when extracting our olive oil. This hands-on approach is a testament to our commitment to quality and authenticity.

Empowering the Local Community

Beyond the olive trees, our vision for expansion is deeply rooted in a commitment to the community of Latzoio village. Recognizing the challenges faced by a dwindling local population, our primary aim is to reach specific milestones that weill allow us to provide more employment options for the local residents. By bringing jobs back to our village, we hope to rejuvenate Latzoio, and surrounding small villages, creating opportunities that not only sustain our business but also contribute to the revitalization of the community.
